I've got a true story about the cops that still suprises me...
3 or 4 of my friends and myself were out late on a weekend sitting in a pizza place getting a pizza at around 2 am or so after a party. These 2 gangsta thugs come in and they have a girl with them and they just start hitting the girl. We go over and tell them to stop, and both of them pull guns on us...One of them pistol whipped one of my friends and then the store owner said he was going to call the cops and they pistol whipped him too...Eventually we leave and call the cops and they cops said "it's bar closing time, we're too busy"...The cops thought it was more important to arrest people for drinking in the street than people who had pulled guns and hit people and threatened their lives...Shows how much sense the cops have.

Darksideofthemoon you are pretty damn lucky, because even if you don't have weed they can still arrest you just as well for paraphernalia...Not really smart to say you just smoked it all when they can then just look for what you smoked it with and then you are screwed.

And MadcapSyd...Jeez, i didn't know the whole point of the system was to give people stupid ass worthless tickets for things that only get the police department money. I hope the next time you jaywalk you get a ticket because you know if they don't give you a ticket for that then it defeats the whole purpose of the system....

And i'll agree with whoever else said it...There are some OK cops, but lots of them are assholes. That person was right, the job does attract the power tripping losers...Some cops do genuinely try to help people though....you just don't see that type very often, heh.

Well, that's the only time, well scratch that, the second time i've had a gun pulled on me. It was a wakeup call, i thought the city i live in was safe but i guess not...6 months later my friend got mugged at gunpoint walking back from the library at 2AM after studying...The cops actually did find the guys that mugged my friend though, so they did some good there.

I still cannot believe to this day that the cops refused to come arrest those guys that were pulling guns because it was bar closing time...that really makes me mad.

ya cops are such cock suckers. The older ones are ussually cool, and give u warnings or just take you home, the young ones are complete bitches, and once as I was getting searched and ready to be driven home for drinkin in public she grabbed my ballsack. No shits.
