i feels bad for the people I killed overseas. its not something you easily live with. sure we all talk good shit. I also know 32F =0c so knowing those and that like 60f is around the 20c, I just base it off those 3 figures. So to me anything over 60f is too hot. That's all I need to know.

I'm doing couscous with these quorn fajita strip things. Paired down cooking today! The last few days we have been eating so much good stuff but in ridiculous quantities.
My father who is 96 and still just a regular guy believes that you should eat to live not live to eat. It sure as hell hasn't done him any harm. he cooks proper meals every day, does his own laundry and cleaning and still drives his old honda jeep.
I do like healthy vegetarian food but also have starter of salad or soup and pudding every day.
my kitchen is my home. not through love of cooking - I just want to know exactly what I am eating!
