I get that. I wasn't talking with my dad for a while, but he needed to apologize for what happened in my childhood. Your dad needs to do the same, it sounds like. You can only do so much. People with addictions need to want to change.

 

Had our 500 lap league race tonight. I finished 3rd. I had second wrapped up only 2 cars on lead lap I wasn't going to win but I wanted to finish on lead lap. I got a cramp in my right leg on about lap 450 a d fucken spun trying to stretch it. Ended up 4 laps down in 3rd. Still did really good though it was just a survival of the fittest lol and I wasn't fit enough God damn it! But real happy with 3rd I just wanted a top 10. Had a reaaaaally good car for the longer runs.

 

we worked out in the yard today. i moved some logs, spread out some compost, changed the shape of one of the beds, built a bed. i want to get the cooler weather stuff in the ground and see if it can make it. we have to get some garden/ topsoil to go over the compost mixed with clay from the ground underneath. im really liking the way its turning out, shape wise. its going to be awesome when we get things growing well for the year. the cilantro is thriving, im considering planting it everywhere, lol. and my yarrow and wormwood are happy too. i have some daylillies planted where i see them when i look out the window, and they are getting green and happy too.

I appreciate that, thanks. It's nice to know that despite being a member for only a little over a year, people actually pay attention. And, for the most part, you're right. And I've maintained over the years that I don't regret what I did or why I did it; but I do regret the way I did it.
