    I did it again :( I didn’t change the setting on my alarm to “weekend” and I didn’t wake up as early as I wanted today. My hubs is at work and I didn’t want to get up that early so set my alarm. Dang it!

    I wake up and eat a potato, 3 tbsp mixed nuts, 1 granola bar, 1000 ml water, 2 cups coffee. That and I take some vitamins; a one-a-day and a calcium.

    After I hit the gym I drink a protein shake, eat 2 tbsp peanut butter, and when i get around to it eat a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese w/ 2 tbsp of salsa (yum!).

    For lunch I grub half a veggie paddy, 1 slice of bread w/ some mustard or something (lately some leftover Trader Joe's dip from Easter), an apple, an orange.

    For dinner it's cheerios, a banana, and maybe some vegetables. I snack very little, but sometimes (for example, yesterday) I eat a little piece of ham or something on the side.

    I've lost 5 lbs since March 31 or so. Probably less time than that because Easter was in there somewhere and I ate lots then and the day after! :)

    The dieting isn't too bad, but I'm used to it. I eat the same stuff every day. I just want to get to my "normal" bmi and weigh 190 already.

    That’s great! Just make sure you take into account muscle gain as that can offset the number on the scale. Not by a lot but maybe a lb here or there or it might appear like you’re stalling but you’re not. How are your clothes fitting? And take measurements as those are good gauges for fat loss. I’m into cross fit/yoga and eating healthy so just some tips that I’ve picked up. :)
