Executive orders have been legal for a long, long time and many presidents have issued a lot more than Obama has. But all of a sudden because certain media outlets don't like those laws, or him, they are "Treason".

    Do some fucking homework.

If Trump is elected I'll know for sure we live in an "idiocracy"

Obama won so easily in his first run because people thought he was different. People believed his hype.
Fast forward 7 years...and now we have a guy like Trump. He is so popular not because of Trump - but because of Obama.
People are so sick and tired of lying, corrupt typical Washington politicians...that a guy like Trump has risen to amazing popularity. And not just Republicans...something the media doesn't talk about.

And this makes lying, corrupt businessmen better somehow?

Except for one problem... Trump is a bigger liar than Obama.

Yes, it amazes me that after all the lies and obstructionism against Obama perpetuated by the Republicans, people still gravitate to the Republican party. You would think that pitchforks would have been raised by now and the entire Republican party ridden out of Washington on a rail.

With Donald Trump on the first rail out.
Remember Trump's birther movement? Now he Claims Hillery started it!
Sadly a once respected counter to the Democratic party has degenerated into a mass of ignorant misfits and bozos.

I completely agree with iamjustme, throw out the Republican, Libertarian, and Tea Party idiots and let the Democrats and Bernie Sanders straighten this country out.

I wouldn't say Donald Trump is exactly your typical "Republican", he's been affiliated with the democratic party as well as reform party, and also an independent.

Compare to former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, who has been a "Republican" since 1980, after a brief streak of identifying as an Independent for five years between 1975, and 1980, which before then he was a "Democrat". Rudy Guiliani was a great Mayor and did a lot of good for New York.

I don't even respect Trump as a business leader. All he knows how to do is bully, manipulate, and punish people unfairly. I've been in the business world for over 20 years, and I've seen just how toxic people like him can be within an organization. They destroy trust and good communication. I've never been able to sit through "The Apprentice", because I can't stand the way he talks to people. Business professors should use some of that footage as textbook examples of how NOT to deal with others, in a leadership role.

I just think we need someone who's been on both sides of the coin, so to speak. Trump isn't perfect and might not be the answer; but Trump aside, we just need something new instead of this same bs we've been dealing with. More cooperation instead of everyone working against each other. This goes for business and the capitalist system as well; we need more cooperation and sharing of ideas and innovation, rather than secrets and needlessly reinventing the wheel.

This is why I don't understand how people can't see through trump's bullshit. He has thrown money at the Democratic Party in the past and now everyone believes he is just like them, just another down home, disillusioned redneck who just has a little more money than the rest of the rednecks?

I know that's not the point you were trying to make, and I generally respect politicians who don't fanatically subscribe to one party or the other, but I think in the case of trump it just shows how full of shit he is. He is purposely, and manipulatively, pandering to a very specific voter within the Republican Party.

He's a populist which is rarely a good thing. Populists abuse people's hopes and fear to achieve what they themselves want. What they want can in some cases of course come from good intent and the sincere wish to help all (or most) of the common (ordinary) people but do peope really think this is the case with Trump?

    Yeah, that'll help.

Like I've said before, he knows the "Laws of Power" ... could be dangerous or very good thing, it depends on the wielder.

Stopping the outsourcing of labor would help. We need less competition and more cooperation IMO.
