I’m relatively new to “Political Trials” involving a candidate running for office of the POTUS? So now that the jury reached their verdict and pronounced him guilty? What’s next? Where will he go from here? Do you think the Judge will make him go to jail? Or will he just have to pay a huge fine perhaps or just get “probation” for his crime? What’s your “prediction” as far as his “sentencing/punishment” for the guilty verdict?

This verdict and trial will go through an extensive appeals program. There will be no jail time IMO. Although as a felon now he may be removed from ballots in states across the nation. That remains to be seen.

Convicted felons have run for president before.
Lyndon LaRouche served five years in prison and ran for president in 1976, 80, 84, 88, etc. Eugene Debs ran from a federal prison in 1920.

This was the dumbest thing ever, famous people and especially politicians always have women coming out of the woodwork looking for payoffs.

    Its like extortion.

And when does Andrew Cuomo face his 16 accusers or answer for lying about Nursing home deaths in NY or using state employees to write a book wile at work and make 5 million dollars of it ?

    No, it's like justice.
He was convicted in a trial by jury.
He is the richest and smartest man in the world. Very smart, the smartest, he hires only the best lawyers.......and he lost.

Those other famous people and especially politicians weren't convicted by a jury.
Cuomo was asked to resign....by guess who? President Joe Biden. And he did.

Cuomo is gone, his supports no longer support him, his political career is over.....meanwhile the MAGA crowd adores Trump and won't vote against him if he shoots someone on 5th Avenue.

That is the dumbest thing ever.

Now that the SCOTUS voted 6-3 for (all three appointed by The Don voted for) immunity all ballots across the country will have a Trump on them. The SCOTUS leans 2/3rds republican regardless if they try to be neutral. But even with the immunity resolution does that mean The Don is cleared of all the felony convictions that were handed down?

The Supreme court doesn't even try to appear neutral any more.

Trump is not cleared of all felony convictions. There has been no ruling on whether he is immune in those 34 counts.
