Not really, I was always treated like a mushroom, fed bullshit and kept in the dark, and could be a clone. There are so many of us its hard to tell.

 

Still, the only reason its unlikely Darth Vader is your father is because he's from a galaxy far far away (a long time ago). Being raised by one parent or caregiver doesn't make it impossible (and thus the question not invalid)

btw: Boba Fett was a clone AND raised by his father.

 

They didn't call him InVader for nothing, and rumor has it he has possibly a few billion clones and offspring, scattered across the universes.
