    no,not true...its lame the way thet add ''eh'' in there....we don't even use it like that eh

    not to mention they aren't canadian

    I guess you guys don't... but I've had Canadian friends, one of which was very close to me... so it made me think of my friend ^_^

    Also for me when hearing this song it's not just the "Eh!"... it's also the whistling and jovial nature of the song, and the "On top of the world"... because Canada is right up the top! :)

    Kinda cool!

    Whenever I think of Canada I think of Couche-Tard. I became fascinated with that place on a trip to Canada. I have no idea what was so fascinating or hilarious about it.

    apparently google says its the french division of macs milk franchise

    They are all over Quebec nowadays (ok, well a few years ago). I didn't know what "couche tard" meant at the time. I thought it sounded like an insult. My friend and I still use it as a derogatory term, once in a while.

    it means late night....night owl type meaning

    those stores are probably open all night or very late


    it is a weird name i agree..i think couche also is a diaper so it can be read a few ways :D

    Yea, I think it literally means "night owl."

    Quebec was a nice city, I'd go back. Canada seems interesting as a whole. Lots to offer.

    I think "couche tard" literally means "sleep late." Ten years of compulsory French.
