Does this make sense about trans fat?

    She states,
    "The good news is that there is no evidence that the natural forms of trans fat is dangerous."
    So why does she then recommend avoiding dripping and butter and buying margarine? I call this seeing the truth but believing the lies. She quite correctly states that there is no legal requirement for margarine to have the amount of trans fat labelled.
    She also thinks that coconut oil contains trans fat. News to me.
    Finally she states,
    "I can help you make sense of all those crazy fad diets and weird super foods."
