Does RT (or HF in general) distract you from doing important things?

    Does RT (or HF in general) distract you from doing important things?

    Not much anymore.

    It does provide some distraction. That is a fine thing.

    Balance in life. Work hard and then slack.

    RT is part of my slack routine.

    Except when I am busy with important things and having a life.:)

    No, but it did back when I was in school. My homework was so boring that I would log on here. I did it partly to see what everyone was reading - for ideas for my lesson plans....but then I would find something interesting to respond to.....or someone. Thank goodness I won't have that distraction when I go back to school.

    not really.. when I'm on here I'm not 100% here.. I am always doing other things at the same time both on the internet and not.

    when I have something *really* important to do I don't go online..

    Just the opposite.... I have been trying and wanting to get back here and post for the past month and couldn't find the time... or the true motivation til today. (although in previous years... hahaha...different story...)
