Does Marijuana sharpen the senses?

I believe a number of senses are sharpened, but the ultimate function of said senses afforded to the individual who is high is quite limited, usually to a state of passiveness.

 

I was noticing this when i was stoned the other day. I can like... control my senses when i am high. i dunno how to explain it. I can make myself hear things, i can make myself see things, i can make food taste like watever i want, and i can make myself feel things too! sometimes if i am real stoned i can make it feel like i am gettin a bj.... thats tight
