No, it looks like wile taking a big toke your breathing in and leaning back and counterbalancing with the leg or something. Maybe ditch the flip flops and put no emphasis on the feet, leave them on the bottom of the pic cause barefoot puts emphasis without putting any emphasis and good thing for spell check checking how to spell emphisis

I guess, I am not mind reader but yes they are right up front. With pictures I like to take dozens of them quick and then find the one I like. I have done that with pictures wanting my feet to look cool in a picture without looking like I tried.

 

it would never occur to me if you hadn't brought it up.
