Again, saying the same thing. When I say "lack the language" I do not mean in terms of English, Spanish, or whatever in communicating between each other, I mean in terms of even being able to adequately describe such things internally. I'm talking very, very basic and primal. Internally we just "know" things that are ineffable, yet they still remain ineffable internally as well as externally. We are of a necessity forced to utilize other means to convey the ideas. While the Holy Spirit doesn't actually "light a fire" in someone, and Kundali yoga doesn't actually release a lightening bolt through you, most people through prior physical experience with fire or lightening and personal experience with emotions like excitement, can make the abstract leap and understand the reference, yet the communication is not able to directly relate the subjective experience in question. This holds true for everything we experience, the difference being that given you can see, hear, taste, and touch, I can proceed to use those basic senses as a platform for a common dialogue. Our senses, while still very subjective, do provide a basis for a consensual reality upon which to build more abstract concepts that don't lend themselves to primary sensory comprehension. Does that make it clearer what I meant?
I guess. thedope and I often will say the same thing, but in veeeerrrry different ways. just double checking
If you guys do not agree you must be against eachother! btw: thedope says almost everything in a very different way (but I don't hold it against him all the time )
OH SHIT! I forgot this is Hip Forums. You are right of course. If you're not with 'em, you're against 'em! Can't be any other way.........EVER!!!!! :argue:
That was already concluded on the first 2 pages That we don't know for sure only makes it more worthwile to ponder and share thoughts
No, you guys are stuck, on analyzing my psyche and other irrelevant crap that I can't be bothered to respond to. It's pointless, think whatever you guys want.
I think that's what human beings would prefer. They like to demand God to be their version, whatever they want. Humans are the boss and God can just STFU and be and do as told. haha So if God lacks religion, does God lack governance? Which government do human beings think God subscribes to?
You drew the attention of some of the most unrelenting mind-fighters (for sport) on this website. Aren't you all atheists, anyway? Why would you fight amongst yourselves?
true faith makes no demands .it just is!can't talk for anyone elses believes but the god of my understanding has no interest whatsoever in any kind of governance.no god of unconditional love has.
The God of your understanding has no governance? So how does that God handle troubles and problems, grief and pleas for Justice? An example of an act of governance: the Crucifixion of Christ established a new law.
the only thing the crucifixtion of jesus established was that there will always be evil in the world and that good must continue to keep looking it squarely in the eye, as the power evil is,never was and never will be any match for the power of good.jesus body was murdered, not his spirit!it is still very much alive and active in all good and just deeds.god handles everything with style! and also with a big help fom his friends.
