Not up to me either. God is righteous and good and likes people that are the same. So, the people who torture animals or humans will not live under the kingdom of God.
Those who are ruining the earth, the murderers and those who have a disposition to evil, especially politicians
What is will not? Is there a prohibition on torturing animals? Under the kingdom of god? The kingdom of heaven is in the midst of you. So you have murder in your heart as to it's abundance your mouth speaks.
Your implying i am gullible, this is not the case. The bible clearly explains the way to everlasting life.
Well, seeing as the description in Ecclesiastes seems to be a description of the condition of the dead and seeing as Jesus spoke in illustrations, I would say the place of “great suffering” would an illustration and not a real place.
Exactly, and I'm clearly explaining to you that I have wonderful seaside property to sell you. Can you explain to me the rhetorical meaning of dead, non-conscious beings "wailing and gnashing their teeth"? And if jesus spoke in illustrations, does that mean he's not the son of god nor the savior of mankind? Was he just a swell fellow then?
A text book is not what we are talking about but even then your example could mean something entirely different if taken out of context from a chapter on different bases. Yeah right, like that’s a typical “random” passage from Buddhist literature. More likely would be, “Mokurai had to go outside to see his disciple” and you would have to know the context to know what in the world it was talking about. Once again you are picking and choosing your “random” passages. More likely a random opening of the Bible would render something like; “He is stilling the noise of the seas, the noise of their waves and the turmoil of the national groups” and once again you would have to know the context to know what in the world it was talking about.
Mokuru is a teacher who was indoors and felt compelled to see his student outside. No more context is needed. The statement gives complete information of itself.
Is the Bible God’s word or not? If there is a God and he wanted to pass to mankind what he felt was necessary for them to know in book form, shouldn’t such a God have the ability to make sure that none of it was “lost, omitted, and purposefully discarded by mortal men” by the time it got to us?
His word would be preserved in a way that is not subject to mutilation, i.e. by virtue of everlasting spirit. The word of god being carried on the breath and the power of his invocation lies in every mans heart no matter how obscure. The only way to miss it is actively deny it's existence.
Except that your lying, cause we both know that idaho has no seaside. And Jesus spoke in illustrations to go straight to the heart. Some would grasp the meaning if rightly disposed and if not, it would mean nothing. But a person has to have that want, to seek and search for the meaning.
