paint the town red phrase of paint INFORMAL go out and enjoy oneself flamboyantly. "you want to have a good time and paint the town red this weekend"
O well, be my guest then. Go out and paint!! You go girl.....the front door open......and right away back inside I guess lol
Yeah..it still is a period where some shops, liquid stores and pubs are closed. But someday we will be fine I hope.
I can imagine that thought. I was thinking more powerful colors like marine blue Red is more about Love, but love can be sort of hope to, or maybe longing for....
Well, maybe tomorrow I wake up, and can be a different story. So I know what you say. Let's see what tomorrow brings.
Nostalgia like all other moods brought about by what we see is very dependent on the colours that we are viewing at the time.
the do yes, which is why i don't like red because it is too much about drama and thus anxiety. where as avacado yellow green is the freedom of young springtime and rebirth. turquoise (which i see as a kind of very light blue) the true color of the sky, which is good for offices and creative labratories. a redish brown is ok though, it was the color of the earth in the mountainous forests where i grew up, also the bark of trees and a good color for barn shingles to fade to. pumpkin orange, also called omaha orange, was the color of maintainence vehicles used by the railroad where i grew up, and also the highway maintanence department. so you know, i have this, my own associations for colors, and its these associations that kind of affect my mood by them.
