True.....But seems to me it would be better to have one person upset about being skipped rather than everyone else on the list...

 

by the time its gets to me, i'm gonna be stuck in my bed. its close, i'm nearing the end of being able to function with my hoveround.

 

Well, really, if you think you can do so much better, start your own swap box. I don't think any of us have done one before this one and it's not always gonna be perfect, not to mention I don't think there's ever been a successful swap box to date. It's not like we sent it to someone who hasn't been online in ages anyway, she's been on just recently, she's just not replying to any messages. This is the internet, so you can't guarantee everyone is going to be honest. I'm sorry, I don't mean to sound like I'm jumping on your ass or anything, but if you should direct your annoyance at anyone, it should be the poster who signed up for the list and then hasn't bothered replying to any of the several messages sent to her, not the people who've been busting their asses trying to keep it going. It's not like we aren't irritated too, we put OUR things in that box to share them with people and now they're stuck God knows where.

She definitely should've received it by now, as I haven't gotten any notices of returned packages and I sent it out a few days before Memorial Day, 5-7 day service, give or take a few with weekends and Memorial Day.

 

I'm losing any sleep over it Kinky, I was just sayin. Throwing ideas around, thats all. I'll keep my thoughts to myself....

 

I'm sorry, I didn't mean to be a bitch to you, it's just nagging Hilder and the rest of us about what's already happened isn't helping. It really sucks that everyone who signed up for it gave their word to keep in touch and keep it going and we ended up losing it. What sucks even MORE is the fact that I had a really bad feeling we'd lose it on Shana in particular. And I really don't care if she comes in here and reads all this frustration towards her, because she did not hold up to her word and is holding it up for everyone.

she was just on 9 days ago. I just dont understand.

 

Maybe the next person in line sends their stuff to the next person, and have them be the last person to get the box.
Lil bear would send a box to ghost lyric, then when it makes it around to me, I send it to lil bear.

 

please take me off the swap box list. I am moving in a few weeks and would hate for anything to get lost or delayed because of me . I've sent the items I intended to put in the swap box to a couple forumers. Enjoy.
