I bought pastels in the past, now I'm getting better at it. What are some pretty decent pastels to buy? The ones I've seen are very expensive. I'm willing to spend a decent amount of money on them, but nothing that's worth 100 dollars or more. What do you recommend me using? Give me a few suggestions, thank you!
