Does anyone smoke while at work?

Haha, this thread reminded me of me, my manager and this other guy cramming into our freezer in the back and hotboxing that shit... Lol, everyone comes to my place of work high, or gets high on the job. Shit, being high actually helped me to sell $1800 worth of catering that exact night, now if only I made a commission...

 

I used to smoke at work all the time. I would get my hook ups at work so I would bring my pipe in and smoke it up

 

i live like ten minutes from my job so i usually go home for lunch and have myself a nice smoke session...

 

my friend works at dunkin' donuts and she used to sneak out the back and we'd smoke her up for free coffee.

one time we smoked with her and snuck in through the back and just chilled in the break room and ate donuts.

 

i can't smoke at my job.. too demanding

i deal with people's medication and cash the checks from the insurance companies... some are like $28000 can't mess that stuff up

however i wish i would have started smoking when i had the job that i did when i was 15. that would have been awesome, all i did was clean windows and make sure the floor stayed dry from people walking in and out to the pool.

 

I work at a country club, yes.

 

depends on the job. i used to go to work as a dishwasher high, but i almost always regretted it. weed and nasty ass labor do not mix well.

while i was briefly performing clerical work at a microbiology lab, i went high once or twice and was more than capable, but i was too worried about someone noticing to continue.

My last job I rang bells outside of a store collecting money for the salvation army. I would go to the woods behind the store and blaze every hour or so. Then hop on over to Safeway and buy hot chocolate. Good times.

 

I toked and dishwashed, it was cool cuz the cooks were all stoners and didn't give a shit. One time they made fun of me but were just fucking around. ADHD abuse is the best thing for that kind of job, you just blaze through your work with the radio and jam out the whole time.

 

i work at jp licks(ice cream/espresso place)...everyone i work with smokes..even my manager and supervisors.i haven't got the chance to yet but i really need to.during the summer it can be an extremely stressful job.lines out the door and shit

 

This summer i met a new co worker who was hired for a "higher up" position. i found out he smoked weed and we soon talked about it. before i knew it we were blazin in his pickup truck and workin that 8 and a half hour shift. he gave me a sweet deal on bud too.

 

Nope, Catering Sales and Event Operations Manager type thing. I handle and coordinate large events and large amounts of events all at one time, from menu to service. I have to juggle this while working on the next events that I have coming up as well. I do this all the time, sometimes really balls to the wall. I work as far out as a year and a half sometime two years. Writing menus, setting up events and working with other companies and such in order to do these shows. I often have to fly out to other areas of the country to see other events that they want me to recreate in Chicago when they get here. I am one of about 300 people in the country that can do what I do.

yea. i do. i wash dogs and fucking play with then when they look sad. I smoke before. on my break. and after. its all good. i love my job.

 

my current job I work at a university computer library, which makes it tough to smoke because these fuckign computer illeterate professors come up to me with a miniDV tape and are like "how can I turn this into a movie?" and I have to hold their hand the whole way...

but my former job was at this organic pizzeria, and we used to blaze out there all the time. In the morning, before we opened, everyone (and I do mean everyone, the manager sold us all weed,) would pile into the walk-in freezer and pass a couple bowls around. Once we were open, it just meant that we had to smoke out back. I don't think I ever had a sober shift at that place...

 

The last place I worked at was a bar/restaurant and I washed dishes, which wasn't too bad, except for Friday and Saturday when shit would back up, but I was always drinkink beer or smoking a joint during my breaks. The owners didn't care about the drinking, but we had to hide the weed. It was fun, though. I'd just run back to the bar and grab a beer, then go back to washing dishes.

 

shit yeah dude, you get so much free booze working in restaurants. When I started at the pizza place, I was washing dishes, and I would drink real heavy once we closed... which made finishing the dishes pretty hard. And of course the manager couldn't leave until I finished them, so after a few weeks he just moved me into food prep, save us all an hour at the end of the night lol

Yes. My in newspaper requires me to drive around the county, so on a rare occasion I toke up while on the clock in my car, but that's only if I'm going out somewhere very rural.

Once upon a time we had our own business we used to toke up almost every day during biz hours. Oh yeah and my husband's uncle let us toke up while hooking up his real estate office with a wireless network one night - that was cool.

I've smoked in a radio station with my husband, then boyfriend, who was on air as a dj at the time, and I've smoked behind a few bars while on shift waiting tables in the past.
