Does Anyone know what this position is called?

It’s driving me crazy lol it’s basically like missionary style but the person on the bottom is like half sitting up with their knees bent and the person on top is lying on their stomach between their legs and they are face to face. But the person on the bottom is in like a half sitting position if that makes sense. The only ones I can find is where the person on top is sitting on the persons lap but it’s not the one I’m thinking of.
The person on top is laying on their stomach and their legs are straight out behind them, they are laying between the tops legs

 

And then the left toe comes around her back up between her legs and tickles your testicles.

Is this the position you are looking for? They're not face to face but looking in the same direction. As you described this is the best that I know of.

From what I've been able to determine the OP's description is of the basic missionary or man on top position with a slight variation. Here's an example of the basic position with man on top (credit Wikipedia):


The variation that I see from the description provided may look like this Babylonian plate displayed in the Ancient Orient Museum in Istanbul, circa 2000 - 1500 BCE (credit Wikipedia). Even though the woman is as described the man seems to be his knees:

Yet these are of male to female sexual intercourse positions. The OP's pic below is of two women who are depicted as tribbing in the bath. Even though this is a variation of the missionary position it is, as mentioned by BenS, known as scissoring or the scissor position when associated with lesbians having sex or tribadism.
