Hey Everyone. I hope you are doing well this fine day. Umm...I am learning how to cook better so I can be of better help around the house. My husband is the cook in the house because I will either burn or undercook things. So I thought I would start out with hummus first. It seems to be easy and then I would move on to the tougher stuff. So I was wondering if anyone had a good recipe? I have looked up a few things on the internet but I am unsure of them.

(I taste everything as I go along...so my measurements are never exact)
    mix all this together -
1 small can of garbonzo beans (mash up by hand/use a food processor)
about 1/3 cup of tahini paste
    juice from half a lemon
a couple cloves of chopped garlic
chopped up red pepper (i like it raw...you can roast it or buy it pre-roasted in cans)
    a tablespoon of olive oil
    salt to taste
    :)
