I have been going to the same doctor for about 6 years. He always ask me to drop my pants but can keep on my underwear. I tell him I am a nudist and don't ware any. He says ok that is fine and I drop then. He comes over and feels my testicle. It feel good been naked in front of a doctor. I also go to my skin doctor, they tel me the same thing to keep underwear on. I tell them the same thing. I am a nudist. They are never happy with me. They make me cover under a sheet. Not the same feeling
Years ago I was going to a skin doctor for a rash on my face. He decided that he wanted to check my entire body. I was told to strip total nude. Standing in the room nude the male doctor, male doctor in training and a female nurse went over every inch of my body. I didn't cover my privates but just stood there trying not to get excited. Everything turned out fine.
I've had similar issues with the doctor and nurse, I don't wear underwear but I have to say mostly they are ok about it, I think the most embarrassing for me was getting hard during a prostrate exam with a female GP. Didn't seem so bad when the doctor had my penis in his had and I got stiff when he rolled my foreskin back as there was a nurse and a junior doctor.
The nurse tells me to strip down to my underwear, then the Dr comes in. I take my underwear off about half way through the exam I guess. He checks for hernia, feels my balls and rolls back my foreskin to check the pee hole and make sure I'm healthy down there. He always puts my foreskin back down over the head. He's told me I have excessive foreskin, but that I'm very fortunate to be intact - I know that
Maybe it depends on where you live, but my dermatologist and her nurses always discourage me from bothering to put on a gown. They know they can do a better job at dermatology if they can actually and openly see my skin. The nurse always points at a gown folded in the far side of the room, saying (unenthusiastically) that I can put it on if I feel strongly that I have to, but it’s going to come right off when the doctor gets there anyhow, so there’s not much point. I really like standing there fully naked, talking with both of them, even turning and twisting to ask them questions about different body areas. I never wear underwear, and at my regular doctor, when the nurse gave the instructions to undress to my underwear, I once explained that I didn’t have any on. She said it’s fine, whatever makes me comfortable. They see patients without clothes all the time. A few times I just sat with the gown laying across my lap, and once the doctor was there examining me, it soon got pushed off the side and forgotten about. The remaining exam, and the conversations afterwards, have been fully nude. I recommend finding better, more open minded, doctors. A dermatologist that’s afraid to see skin is just wacky… I want a dermatologist who loves skin.
When I initially went to the dermatologist, I explained the most common areas I woukd break out. But, he told me he wanted to see all of the rashes no matter the size or location. Although I was never completely naked, every part of my body was exposed and examined closely at some point. I was totaly comfortable with it.
I have a female Dermatologist and for the longest time inspected me without looking at my genitalia. Then one year, she performed a "thorough" inspection of my entire body and as I laid on the exam table, she uncovered all of me and proceeded to move my penis and testicles around with her hands to inspect me fully. she was about my age, and attractive. When she lifted the covering over my genital area, she was surprised to see me fully tanned and without hair (as I wax). She let out a little gasp with surprise and I found it very exciting. Nothing came of it, but I enjoyed it immensely.
My urologist is a female and when they examine my dick I get hard, and apologize for my hard on, and she told me we have no control over our bodies and not to worry about it, they see it all the time, on my next appointment she's going to run a scope up to check my prostate
