my mom knew for a bout 5 months and she was cool with it until my dad found a single and 2 bongs in my car and both my parents are pretty pissed at me =\

Well my step dad defiantly knows, he just busted me. And he called be a buzz head. I was in the garage and I thought he was asleep then I look threw the garage window and see the kitchen lights on, I was like ohhh shit. Then he came out and had a cig, I was like ok I will wait till he goes back in the house, but then I thought wait, when he goes back in he will lock the door and I will get screwed for the night, so I had to come out of the garage, and he seen me, he knew he was like if I go in the garage it won’t smell like pot right. I was like well. Busted right their

 

Yeah my mom and my step dad know. They don't care as long as it doesnt affect school and i dont bring it into the house.

 

when i am at my moms house i can smoke in the house

 

I often smeeled ganja coming out from under the door to my Mom's room (In which her and her boyfriend chill for most of the day watching T.V. and smoking cigarettes.)
Today I popped the question:

ME: "Mom...can I ask you something you might not want to answer?"
MOM: "Yep. : )"
ME: "Dooo, uhh...*thinking about how to word it* So who is it that's smoking Weed in your room?"
MOM: "...Why do you want to know?"
ME: "Because I'd just like to get over that akward taboo and have my mother be honest to me. I'm not going to use the answer as a negative force against you in the future or anything."
(I was proud of that ace cover up. I really wanted to know if she was cool with smoking the green.)
MOM: "Well...you already know I smoke pot."
(She said it in a confused tone, and I was thrown off guard. I already know you smoke pot? I guess she told me before, and the message just didn't get across.)

Things got said, and we talked about how much safer marijuana is thatndrinking and other illegal intoxicatory substances. And the conversation seemed a bit akward, like we overstepped a boundary between parent and child. I know she's cool with it, and she doesn't mind if I indulge (How often, I'm not sure), yet I would feel weird discussing it with her further.
My goal is to find out if she grows it. I'd ask to use her stuff if she does, and I'd probably try and coax her into keeping a plant if she doesn't.
But I'm really hesitant to ask about it. : S

Considering my circumstances, should I question her about growing?

 

when i first told my mom that i smoked it was very awkward but after a while i it seemed to be a lot less awkward, just talk about it some more and just ask her if she grows or has ever thought about growing

 

alot of times growing is a ltitle bit worse than smoking IMO

 

My parents know and sort of... pretend they don't. I've flat out told them and i'm still constantly hearing "BUT YOU DON'T SMOKE POT!". it's so sad, really.

My parents know, and we constantly talk about it. they support my ideas. it took a while.

 

i was reading this right in front of my parents last night.. i kept thinking... 'maybe i'll just tell them now, hmm i wonder what would happen' but i already know that it would not go well.

 

Hard to tell, the general atmosphere around here is they know I do it and seam to be ok with it as long as I don't do anything stupid. I personally think they know but choose to act like they don't so they won't get in trouble if I am ever caught by some old fascist cop while smoking a J.

My mom found out when i stole my sisters credit card and bought a ticket to maryland. I was chillin with my friend in baltimore and then I was like wtf was I thinking so I told my mom and she got me back home.

Now the impression she has of me on weed is that I do crazy shit which isnt even slightly true!! Pisses me the fuck off it ain't fair. Also I lost interest in engineering but I havent smoked in 7 weeks and I still dont give a fuck about that stupid ass major. College in general is disliked by me. And my mom is too fucking closed minded to even accept that. fucking bitch

Edit: in other words she thinks I stopped doing good in school cuz of weed. Fucking stupid **** fucking slut **** fucker bitch prick licking slutty whore FUCK!!!!!!!!!

My parents are divorced. Ive always lived with my mom. She found my stash when I was a junior in HS. She was pretty cool. She just didnt want me to get arrested or anything. My dad on the other hand is a Merchant marine and he doesnt partake....but he's cool that I do.

 

My parents don't know, they both think I'm the sort of person to stay away from any drugs. Even though I don't think they'd mind too much and my dad smoked it when he was my age, it would totally shatter their perception of me I reckon. Best keep things the way they are.
