Do your parents know?

I used to get grounded all the time because i would get caught with weed but now my parents dont say anything. Me and my boyfriend always come to my house smelling like weed and our eyes are red so either they care and just dont want to say anything or they could care less.

 

theyre cool with it cause they both smoke. im allowed to vape in the house but i have to smoke outside

 

My parents don't smoke anymore but they used to. They know I did smoke... They don't know I still do, But they are sorta cool with it and sorta not, they basically just told me to wait till i'm older to smoke the stuff, and not in their house and not around the family.

 

dad is not like "here" but i think hed be okay with it.
my mom has caught me 3 times and it sucks.
but last time we had a talk she said once im 18 i can do "whatever i fucken want"
and im holding her to that.
by then ill be in san fancisco or some other cool hippy town going to college blazing it like crazyyy.

 

i always hid the fact i smoked from my parents but always came home high smelling like weed shit like that but they never said anything, they even found my papers and didnt say anything so i thought they knew but didnt care.

till tonight they cleaned out my room found a bong and a handle, they got kinda pissed...pretty much just said dont do it till im 18 then they cant say anything...i was hoping theyd be cool but o well ya win some ya lose some

first time i smoked was with my stepdad but now hes an asshole nd my dad smokes with me and my mom smoked wit me on her birthday but now she dont but she doesnt care aslong as the house dont smell like it nd aslong as i dont leave anything out

 

I'm quite surprised how equal all the outcomes are at the moment. My parents don't know (though probably have their suspicions) - but I kinda want them to find out just to make life easier! When I come home stoned several times a week you think they'd notice to be honest...

I spend a lot of time at one of my mates houses though and it's accepted there .

 

My mom used to tell me when I was 16 "If I ever find out you're smoking pot I'll kick you out of the house".

After that it took about 2-3 years before I actually told them I smoked, and I explained to them that I didn't tell them because I didn't want to get kicked out of the house. My mom then said that I'm 19 years old and that I should make my own choices, including smoking pot. As long as I keep it under control and don't push my boundaries.

And I'm really releived that my parents responded that way

My dad knows that I smoke tobacco, my mother doesn't, neither know I smoke weed, ny dad'd probably be alright with it when I'm 16, but till then I'm keeping my mouth shut

But I'm pretty sick of weed lately. Not because I want stronger drugs or something. But it just seems boring now. I always get tired and bored. Screw weed.

My parents know. I told my mom no problem, and later she told me I should tell my dad when I was at a party that got busted and I had bought some weed there (she said it was to let him know should the cops find out, but I think she just wanted him to know).
I know she's cool with it, and he's never brought it up, so I'm happy.

 

I don't consider myself a pothead for ive only done it 3 times (4 times, but i forgot to take the filter out of the first time which sucked, $10 down the drain), but im gonna be doing it tomorrow night (i may get buzzed from it tonight).


But no, my parents do not know and hopefully never will. But my dad smokes it I know becuase he smells like it alot and I steal weed everyweek from his pocket in a little baggy, and I usially steal like $15-20 worth of real strong shit. I don't consider myself lucky for being able to do this though becuase I wish he wouldn't do it. I also found a little wooden pipe in my garage, lol.

 

Alright, maybe you switched up a few key words, because the only way what you just said would make sense was if it went more like, "I'm a 51 year old dad who smoked weed 3 times back in the day. My son doesn't know I smoked and hopefully he never will, but I know he does. He smells like it a lot and I take his weed every week to keep him out of a bad habit. I wish he wouldn't do it."

Are you joking, kid? You STEAL your dad's weed because you don't want him to smoke, but then you go smoke yourself? If you've only done it 4 times do you just throw I away? That's one of the most idiotic moral statements I've ever heard.

 

No, no, no. You didn't read it right. I don't steal it becuase i dont want him to do it. I steal it becuase i have no connections or way to get any around here. If i were going to do that becuase I didn't want him to do it i would tell my mom, which im not going to do becuase i dont want to start any family problems such as divorce or anything. I don't want him to do but I'm not going to do anything about it. I steal it becuase I don't know where else to find any. It is a hard situation for me.
