You make a list of people who want to be involved with the swap box, putting the people who live closest together close on the list. For example: If Wonka lived near Erica and Weeattoes lived close to BBAD and Erica lived next to BBAD too, the list would go:

Wonka
Erica
BBAD
Weattoes

So you have minimum shipping costs.

The person who starts the box puts in quite a few things (so the next person has choice. ), with a list of things they put into the box, and sends it. The next person takes a few things out, crosses them off the list, puts a few new things into the box, and adds to the list what they put into the box. Eventually the box comes back around to the person who started it.

I hope y'all were serious about not exactly knowing what it was...
