A world without mirrors would be a cruel world if you should find yourself lost in the desert. You need a mirror to reflect the sun at the people searching for you in an airplane.

 

we could exterminate all the ugly people in the world.

 

if you are planning on making the world a happier place ... i dont think destroying all mirrors is the way to go...

like ... mirrors are no big deal ... but a world without them would be interesting ...

 

dont get me wrong here, i hate mirrors, but i dont care one way or the other

 

I think people would be happier and save more time if we didn't look in mirrors so much. I don't think that it would necessarily be better without all mirrors, I think it comes down to our obsession with appearance.
As someone else mentioned, mirrors come in handy.
