I hope he does get re-elected................. I was born and raised a republican............ now I vote with my paycheck.
If he's not, I have lost all hope in the sanity of Americans. The separation of church and state is too crucial for this country to be run right. If Romney, or god forbid Santorum win the election, all hope is lost for that separation
Legally I can't see a reason why a former 2 term president couldn't be a VP, but politically it'd just be impossible, it would cause too much of an uproar if a former president was chosen as VP
You know, I've heard several conspiracy folks say that it´s all a sham for Obama to get reelected and it doesn't matter who get's elected because they all serve the same master. I don't agree. But when I hear Romney say stuff like: "I like grits" to a southern audience to try and appeal to them... I mean that sounds like a sham right? Who talks like that?
seriously? it's coarse ground white corn treated with lime, boiled into a mush...practically flavorless, not bad with butter salt n pepper. It's served for breakfast along-side yer eggs. A staple of the south I guess.
Are you serious? Of course Mitt Romney is a fucking idiot, but how is it any different than Obama suddenly talking like he's black when he gets up in front of the NAACP? Politics is politics, and yes, it doesn't mean shit who you vote for. But if you believe in that shit, then by all means vote and believe you're affecting change.
From an observational standpoint, Obama would be being fake for political gain, Just like Paul and Santorum do. Romney saying things like "I like grits" and "The trees are just the right height." Is those don't even sound cloying, they sound alien.
I'm not sure. Even though I don't identify as an Obama supporter, I would hope for yes. Not because I believe in all he stands for but he's clearly a more logical person than any of the GOP, with the exception of Ron Paul. but you know, this is the same country that voted for Bush twice so I won't be surprised if the next four years are under Republican dictatorship.
