For me going bottemless in just a bikini bra doesn't make sense. Sometimes you can go in bikini bottom only as the most near version to full nudity. But i've never heard of venues you can go with only a bra when full nudity isn't accepted.

The only few times i remember going bottomless was as a kid during camping holydays after getting my shoulders and upper back sunburned from snorkeling around too long in the Med Sea.I had to wear a cut off tee shirt for some days when i was going into the sun until the skin did recover.
