I did not say that you are a stereotype, I said that what you seem to consider a hippie is a stereotype. Hence why I said beware of becoming, man.
that would be ''mr understood'' to you youngin the very fact you consciously analyzing your hippyness is a sure sign that you just don't get it looking like a hippie and being a hippie are different...one is a fashion and the other is a lifestyle first thing you need to do is be yourself as opposed to what you think a hippie is the rest will fall into place

ok so there no guide on being a hippie but i class myself as one all the things i said are true i do those things
Being a hippie is a very one dimensional thing. I'm sure a lot of people would consider you a hippie, it depends on what others see, y'know some people might just consider you a young person being rebellious as most people do at a young age. I think you shouldn't worry what qualities people see in you and just be you, without trying to dilute yourself to a specific stereotype. there is a time for peace and a time to kick ass, the best of luck to you.
What? No tye dyed shirts or hemp necklaces. Psh, what kind of hippie do you think you are? I'm not a hippie. I'm a punk rock chick and I will tell you what I feel about this because although we are very different its still very much the same. It's not about what you look like on the outside. Sure, you can dress the part. I'm not saying I haven't had my lip pierced and worn my fair share of liberty spikes, doc martens, bondage pants and punk rock t-shirts but that's not what makes me punk. It's how I feel on the inside. I can put a dress on and be just as punk. It's more about your lifestyle and your soul verses what you listen to or how you dress. Be who you are and dont worry so much about a label. Maybe pick better music to listen to because that shit you're listening to is miserable. Just kidding, well I think it is miserable but if it makes you happy....
ok "rubysoho6" i do wear tie dye but not all the time also i get what your saying and the music is not miserable punk music is i use to listen to it
ok got it "rollingalong" but i don't care about paradox's , paradox's are cool "doctor who reference there if anybody didn't get it"
I was just giving you a hard time about the music. Different strokes for different folks. That's what makes the world go round. Someone has to buy that music, certainly won't be me.
