I sleep naked every night. It feels weird to wear anything. When I was a little kid, it was pajamas or sweatpants. When I was in high school, it was underwear (briefs). Occasionally, as a sexual thrill, I would sleep naked. The newness, combined with fantasies, made it very cool for me. Eventually it became more and more common, and got to a point where I always sleep naked. Now that I'm used to sleeping naked I find that if I have to sleep in shorts or something, it is far less comfortable. And I wonder why as a culture we have come to accept that sleeping in clothes is the norm. When we come home from a long day at work, we take off our shoes (okay, some of us don't really even wear shoes, but that's a different thread), our neckties (thank god I don't share this affliction, but many do), our coats, etc. We relax by taking off the more restrictive parts of our daily clothing. Why then would we wear clothing to sleep, when sleep is supposed to be about rest, relaxation, recharging the body and mind?! It's stupid. Blue skies, -Jeffrey
