Do You Prefer Blondes & Why

Any reason why you prefer blondes ?
How do you know a natural blonde is / or isn't a natural blonde ?

They say blondes have more fun - how did they come up with that idea ?

 

It was an advertising slogan for Clairol to sell hair color in the 50's. It just stuck.

I'm a natural blonde. I color my hair dark...right now. I've had it every color. Your hair color doesn't determine how fun you are. It's a stupid slogan but it helps pay my bills so sure. If you think blondes have more fun and need me to make you more fun I'm more than happy to do it.

 

I have always assumed that a natural blonde should have blonde pubic hair as well - true or false ? If they have dark pubic hair & blonde natural coloured head hair, they aren't considered natural blondes ?

 

Not always. Body hair and pubic hair are more controlled by hormone levels vs genetics handed down from your parents. Just like some men have brown hair and red beards. The color of the hair is determined by different things. I would say MOST of the time its close to the natural hair color but that's not always the rule. Therefore, not all natural blondes have blonde pubic hair.

I prefer men with darker hair, but it doesn't matter that much.

For myself, I am naturally very dark haired..but I use to dye it blonde, and then a reddish brown. Being blonde didn't make me have any more fun or attract more guys.
It was just another hair style.
Actually, when I went back to dark hair, I noticed guys turning around in their cars to look at me and it felt like I was getting stared at every where I went.Kind of awkward for me. Maybe dark hair is just best for me.
My preference for myself is having reddish hair! I LOVE red hair
Unfortunately I'm allergic to alot of hair dyes and can't go red or blonde any more.

I don't prefer blondes, especially men. I like auburn or reddish brown hair, or dark brown/black. But blonde? I dunno, just doesn't do it for me. Wouldn't discount it entirely though.

Most women look hot with any hair color.

 

My fiancé has dark brown hair that I loooove. I don't really like blonde males. Dark blonde is sexy though.

I'm a natural blonde. I can tell what colored hair looks like because I had hi-lights from age 9 forward. I've tried every shade (except the obvious blue green purple - wish I had done purple with my platinum blonde though). Recently stopped within the last 2 years, to finally "just be". The color is obvious to someone who has experience with it, even the most subtle color appears obvious to me, also the texture is a sign.

Funny thing, I actually dyed my hair brown for a few years. I loved it. It was so pretty with my eyes. I had a ton of compliments with it too. I did notice a DEFINITE difference in the way I was treated too.

Well when I first did it, I noticed I didn't get as many guys peering into my car while I was driving. I had become used to getting noticed a lot, so it was kind of a relief to not receive so much attention. The other thing is, it seems like people were more likely to take me seriously based on my appearance with the brown hair.

 

Interesting. Not a terrible problem to have, in most cases . It's unfortunate that people don't take you as seriously with blonde hair. Oh well. I'm sure once you speak intelligently they realize you aren't some bimbo.

 

Ya definitely not a terrible problem to have. Honestly, as someone who has generally always received a lot of attention I have grown somewhat numb to it. As far as being taken seriously, it can be a little tough for me. I look younger than I am, and my voice is very soft so it takes some time for people to get to know when I mean business. There are natural receptors that help us make decisions based on physical/visual and audible interpretations. In some cases, they prejudge and in such cases they fail us.

 

I love love love dark hair. But I dated a few blonds before I got married.
