My son does the same thing. He is also 1 1/2.

Almost always open. At school, I have to close it.

I live by myself so I can't think of a reason to close the door. If people are over it depends how well I know/like them.

if it's just me and my man in the house then yes... we have roomates so when they are home yea.. no.. don't think they' appriciate seeing me pee.. lol

i was raised by folks --who heated water on the stove ,and bathed saturday nite -in big pale in kitchen - upon peeing ( in the modern bathroom -they don;t close the door -and dried with towel WHILE

open. even when im at school i forget sometimes so its funny sometimes.

 

I usually just leave it open.
Half the time when some one has company i still leave it open.

 

Who cares, everyone does it. Its not like what your doing in there is a secret to ANYONE.
