I do and I just had it yesterday from my favorite restaurant, the loving hut. Ginger Tofu, brown rice and a spinach quesadilla. It was Awesome!

Some of the urban alpha-male diet web moguls in the U.S. talk as if tofu is causing men to transform into women and that after they have turned into women it causes breast cancer.

i don't dislike it particulalry, but i never buy it, because basically it pretty much needs to be fried to put a crust on it to give it any flavor and frying is something, i just don't do or eat.
if its part of some recipie in a resteraunt buffette i'll eat it, but i just don't fry anything at home.

I do like it! Especially marinated and baked. Yum. I don't eat it too often though.

It's OK. It can be used as a substitute for curd in Indian dishes such as paneer.
