I like what I like.
Yup,Some of it is considered pop music, I don't base my like or dislike of a song on whether it is pop or not

 

right now im listening to Zeppelin, The Ocean. i have xm radio on my desk and tomorrow may be reggea, the next day Alternative, or 80's or 60's. whatever. i just like all kinds of music. i can find something i like in most. 'Cept country. and Disney manufactured Music Groups. and Gangsta Rap. oh crap. not as openminded as i thought when it comes to music after all....

 

I just checked out samples on AMG and it's okay.. maybe a little too produced for me..

yeah, in a very 80's way now that I think of it.

 

It reminds me a bit of Arcade Fire - what I played, anyways.. but not as good.

 

I like pop music if it's any good. just about like anything else I suppose

 

I feel horrible, I have a disgustingly popular song stuck in my head at the moment cause it plays on TV over and over and my lil sis loves it.. I Kissed A Girl And I Liked It. That song is so catchy but it's so bad..

music that actually refers to itself as "pop" is pretty much all terrible. i also dislike most music that is popular due to excessive radio play, but there is some good mixed in there too.

 

i have no clue whats popular

so i guess yeah if i accidentally walk into the popular music

 

Top 50 popular? No, not usually.

 

not generally, most of the modern stuff I like flies under the radar of mass media

but occasionally i do like a song that gets played, not very often

 

i under stand the "Milkshake" is a part of the girls lower region. but is it the front or the butt? it brings all the boys to the yard, but what the hell is it???

 

I have no problem admitting it if I liked it.. just like someone else in this thread said: if you like it you don't have to think it's good (I even dig some music that I don't consider to be good ), but I don't like most pop music, no. I also noticed that the genres alternative (rock, pop or metal) and indie are not my cup of tea. I consider these genres pop music as well, since it seem to be popular genres (it's in the charts a lot I thought).

 

that is what I consider pop music...heavy radio play, top 10..that kind of music..but there are some that I consider good..sublime gets played alot but its good..bob marley..

 

I like Manu Chao . I've never heard Sublime here (Netherlands) on the radio, but I rarely listen to the radio so..
