haha, yeah, that was kind of lucky... really weird situation overall though. so what is this DUI class they want you to take, and why don't you just get it over with?
They want me to take a DUI class because of the possession charge. It's pretty fukt, because I was completely sober when they arrested me. I should get it over with, but I'm broke. lol As soon as I'm able to find a job, I'm gonna take care of it.
yeah, that really doesn't make sense... unfortunately, they can pretty much make you do whatever they feel like, and hell, it could have been worse...
Yeah, that's true. I definitely count my blessings, but it's still a pain in the ass. lol The financial part of it is the worst part. I'd much rather have just stayed in jail for a month or two and not have to come out-of-pocket for anything.
i dont mind driving unless its with justin since he's a professional military driver and nit picks every fuckin little thing....its annoying as hell.....if im not with him its all good....although since ive moved i figured out to go anywhere off base is a 25 min highway drive and i dont think im going to like that much
I became a taxi driver in 2007 and I'm not sure whether I like driving or money. When I'm not working I ..... like my Land Rover. Driving doesn't come in to it.
i love driving not in the city though. i've calmed down a lot while driving and i enjoy it much more now
I love driving. I bought my car in August of '08 with 150 miles on it. Now it has just over 24,000. I had it parked for three months while I had a company truck so really its like 24,000 miles in 6 months. That car has been to CO, NE, NM, AZ, NV, CA, OR, WA, WY, MT, OK, TX, and KS. Lots of good road trip memories. I got laid off last week so hopefully I can find a new job fast so I can keep it.
Gotta say Yes to this one ~ with a Class A CDL, ALL endorsements (school bus, bus, chauffeur, 18-wheeler, double & triple trailer hauling, HazMat, etc.) AND over a MILLION SAFE MILES ~ no accidents ~ Yeah, i like driving.
I've only got a class B, the last couple jobs I've had required it. I've been contemplating upgrading to an A to make finding work a little easier.
Yeah, it doesn't hurt to be OVER qualified, but under? Not happening. p.s. ALL of your commercial driving jobs can be counted in your Safe Miles Driven, and THAT will put you higher than anyone else training with you.
My other jobs weren't really considered driving jobs. Just occasionally driving a service truck or a work over rig every now and again. I honestly have no Idea how many miles I have total.
That is true, my last job involved mostly driving down abandoned lease roads. Curvy Dirt Roads + No Speed Limits = Fun.
Hell no it wouldn't otherwise who would I compare my awesome skills to? Plus they're the obstacles that I use to challenge myself.
