Chemical-free pest control. Man in Australia keeps huntsman spider as his pet Once had a Huntsman living in our compost bin. Every time you'd take out the compost, he'd pop out of nowhere like a Jack-In-The-Box to see what's going on. The compost bin provided him with a predator-free target rich environment, so he was huge. I quite enjoyed him.
I was amazed how big bugs get there in Florida when I went in 2019 for 2 weeks. I mostly fished the whole time. I was like wow.
Folks, we need bugs! Who remembers road trips as a kid when the car windshield would get covered in bugs?
Did you notice my post above.? Like you, we never bother about spiders, since they clear all the aphids and other insects up that pop in from the garden. But ants are not so welcome. No doubt my love of wildlife was the reason for Christina's reaction. She used to scare the life out of Jane by kidnapping neighbours dogs and bringing them home. I still remember the day that Jane went to her bedroom and found her curled up on the bed with a German Shepherd that was about the same size as her. Jane panicked and rushed off to find the equally panicking guy who had lost his dog. He was not happy at first, but when Jane asked him inside to retrieve his dog before he woke up and ate Christina for lunch, the guy rushed back home to fetch his camera. 30 years later, Christina's dog and her 6 month old twins do everything together..... Jane still gets worried at times.
I believe I have. I didn't read the whole thread or be honest. Haha that's funny. Ants and silverfish I can't stand.
