Do you have a job?

I now work in a care home for the elderly as a housekeeper/care worker. It's a lot of hard work but still a rewarding job

 

Job is a four letter word!
I don't mind work, I don't mind earning money... but I will not prostitute myself to a business or corporation.

 

I've been an elementary school teacher for the last 7 years. I've also been a paralegal, an office manager, and had several general secretarial jobs. Ran my own "hippie" business for years, making and marketing bead and quill work jewelry. Worked in a leather shop, in a university library (I wasn't a student), did field hand work. It takes a lot of work to stay out of the mainstream!

 

I'm working at a golf course rightg now. It's great work because I get to be outside, other than when customers come, but all I do is sit outside on he patio and read until someone comes. Oh, and I have to answer the phone sometimes, but other than that, it's a great job.

 

Yeah, I've got a job making wire harnessing, it's not exciting but the money is good.

Before that I worked 7 years as a vet assistant.

 

nope, I figure when I need some cash I'll do a lil street performing with poi. I've survived on my won with 60 dollars over 8 months while still going to high school.
