Do you have a favorite actor or actress?

For me, it's Saoirse Ronan. ..star of past movies, like Ladybird and Brooklyn.. .
To be seen later this month in a remake of Little Women..

i'm really not sure how i would choose one. it's basically just based on who's been in the movies i liked the best, i guess. sure, some people seem particularly likable, or particularly unlikable, but not to the extent that i can really like or dislike them.

but i'm terrible at picking out a "favorite" anything. i'm wishy washy; it's why i never got a tattoo.

i don't know this saoirse person, but she's attractive if nothing else.

 

I do like every movie Ed Norton has done.

 

Depp is versatile

 

As is Portman

 

Then there's 'Old man Eastwood'

(Play Misty for me, Kelly's Heroes, The Mule … etc )

 

Along with Master Wendel / Fury

 

Amy Adams, especially in American Hustle. Kate Hudson, she looks so much like her mom. Perennial favorites: Meg Ryan, Sandra Bullock. Paul Newman, Robert Redford, DeNiro, Matt Damon.

Oh yea. Johnny Depp is cool. I was going to mention Leonardo DiCaprio though - Love love love love "Romeo & Juliet". And "Man in the Iron Mask". Such cool films!

The other one is Keanu Reeves. And of course, Daniel Craig's James Bond is a winner.

But I feel like there's a tendency to go rogue with age in Hollywood. Mel Gibson is one example; though he maybe made amends (I don't follow the gossip).

It seems like actors sometimes (Harrelson...) lean into politics somewhat (McConaughey) when they're established.
