do you guys ever get something because it reminds you of something you

had when you were a kid? I did this last week, I know I look goofy these pants I got but they remind me of ones I had in second grade and I love them even though they are the most god awful things ever.

I guess I do, but I didnt have groovy clothes as a kid. I totally dig babydoll dresses, which are usually a kid related thing

 

i'm in the process of tracking down a pair of saddle shoes... as a kid i always had them.

 

as a kid i always had alot of necklaces and bracelets. and now i have tons of them too.
I have 5 necklaces and 11 on my left arm and 14 on my right arm and 2 anklets on each foot. and some of them are from people all over the world, friends.

I just really love them!

 

Yea always, as a little kiddie i always wanted dreadies and now i got em hehe. Also i was brought up as a litle traveling kiddie with loads of bright colours and stuff, my dad was a hippy and my mum a fashion follower so i was an odd mixture. when i got to about 15/16 i started going back to the messy, scruffy, kiddie look. And now im such a freak for kiddie clothes. I found out i could fit into kids party tights and i now own about 10 pairs of glittery tights aged 8-9 and 9-10 years old hehe

 

I found a Star Wars blanket in a thrift store that was exactly like the one I had when I was a kid ( I had the whole Star Wars bed set) So I bought it for myself and I use it when I'm sick and need some extra comfort.

 

I like poofy skirts with lace on them because they make me feel 3 again.
My mommy used to always dress me in lacey dresses and i love it now!

 

sure they don't have the color I got on line though mine are baby blue cords with west highland terriers, they're pretty cute but I still have to get the hem let out, they're too short):

and my mom got me a pair of footie pajamas for my size now. they make me feel like a little kid when i wear them sometimes.

 

exactly the baby blue's not as ugly I liked the ones in the pic I posted better with the pointers but I just couldn't wearing orangey red pants...nope

yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am glad I'm not the only one this only goes to a certain extent though I do not wear leg warmers just because I wore them as a kid pink overalls you have to draw the line somewhere and I say getting pants with dogs on them is where it should stop heh

 

im going through a stage like that... im collecting care bears again, and i just bought candyland again.. i miss my childhood days

 

I still have my care bear blanket and my paddington bear one they make me feel good
