Besides, what do you mean by 'rejecting'? Not every woman on the planet is obligated to have sex with you or let you grab her in various body parts in order to be hippie or to love people or to learn to love people.

Maybe those women only rejected your behaviour or your lust-based intentions or attitude or something, not YOU per se. Free Love doesn't mean 'free sex', u know.

Without knowing the details, I am only guessing here ... but I can imagine many reasons why and situations in where a hippie woman would reject a man - not necessarily the soul that lives in that man. I mean, those girls might still -love- you but that doesn't mean they are under your command.

Maybe I am misunderstanding something though .. but love that is free requires nothing for return. They might pray for you at night (or day or dawn or whenever) and send you love in their hearts and they might like you and think you have potential in your soul - but they might just dislike your attitudes or behaviour or something .. and they are human beings too, so don't expect hippie women to be some kind of goddessess with no human traits or 'failures' etc.

I have personally not really met hippie women though ... but I am sure when it comes to 'intimacy' they would reject me too, but so what. They might still find my writing interesting or my thoughts spirit-provocative or they might like and/or love me in some way anyway still.

Regular women have rejected me also a lot but I understand the reasons now and am ok with it. I have also had women as friends, and that has worked fine. the world is full of possibilities.. maybe those 'rejections' were good things for your soul for many reasons - for burning your karma, for learning about yourself, for building self worth, etc. the most difficult people in our lives are here to teach us the most love.

I did nothing wrong. I didn't mean have sex, I just mean that they DO have high standards, so why do they try to convey the total opposite? Posers. I'm not looking for sex lol I'm just saying, hippie girls I knew in the past have rejected my [non sexual] advances. They're just like Christians ... I'm just saying, ok. They act as if they love everyone and never judge the book by it's cover, yet many judge men, and choose that it will never go anywhere, by the 'cover of the book', yet they hide it in a "loving" way, and go on pretending to not judge. Understand?

After experiences like that, I never really thought much of hippies. I never even thought of myself as a hippie, I'm just myself.

 

no i will never understand you, because mabye they wernt judging you by your cover, but by ur personality... which in MY opinion is the kind that loves himself and no1 else.
see how your always defending yourself? try opening up and thinking about other peoples opinions and what they have to say. even if it doesnt involve you.

My friend is acting like a bum these days.
I've been paying for a lot of stuff and doing so much for her and not getting much in return.
But you have to have faith, people give what they can give.
Sometimes its only their company and love.

As for the "free love" stuff...I hate it.
Guys always think I should sleep with them because I preach free love.
They try to claim they "believe" in free love when all they want is free sex.
And you know what I do?
I laugh.

"Free love" and "Free sex" are two very, very different things. I'm all for free love. "Free Sex" is one of the things about the hippie movement I disagree with.

Ok, you made a little digression...Why do some people hate hippy movement? Because they think of hippy as a lazy non-working junky who sing and lay in the grass all they long...
I prefer any constructive action rather then theoretical talking about karma and other spiritual categories....You have to work to make this world a better place, nothing will be solved if you just talk about it...Of course, there will always be sponge-people, but you just have to ignore them (and stop lending them things ), noone can change the way they are...We have a word in Serbia for people like this - scratchers, because they are "scatching" everything they can from you...
A friend of mine smokes maybe 2 packs a day and she buys cigarrettes only twice in a month....
