I've never faked one. I don't orgasm every single time I have sex and which is natural for most women and men. orgasm is not the ultimate goal for me, I enjoy the whole process, and I don't feel the need to come every time. as for the question how easy it is to climax, this again depends on the individual but the more you know about what can get you off, the better the chance of orgasm I think? If you are in a relationship, I also do think it is important to talk about these stuff together.

 

I faked it a few times with guy's who just didn't know what they doing but generally it's real. Most amazing feeling

Never fake an orgasm. I have done it in the past a few times when the woman has had 2 or 3 orgasms and after half an hour I was just getting tired so I just faked it. In reality I should have just stopped and told her that it’s ok that I didn’t cum.

Not yet, but every woman has the right to. Under certain circumstances, I would fake it. I may do it to make my partner feel better (out of love) or may do it out of self-preservation if I chose the wrong partner.
Women already do way too much to appease others (especially men). If men could fake it, then some would and proudly joke about it.

 

correction...some men already fake it. condoms can help the coverup. Everyone should be able to do so under reasonable circumstances.
