Thanks. I've been curious about male Kegels for a few months and this is some of the best info I've seen. I have to say I can't seem to get the sense for the reverse Kegels outside of the experience of peeing with force. It may be the only way I can do positive/reverse Kegels is to practice stop/start machine gun fire urination when I really need to pee.
My wife practices something we read about called pompoir and we both end up doing different types of kegels simultaneously. It's quite addicting
