I love to collect! Some of my collection: - Vintage perfume bottles - Thimbles - Old coins, and notes - Matryoshka dolls - Vintage, or foreign stamps - Antique clay smoking pipes and more! ))
I dont go out of my way to collect much at the moment. But ofcourse I do acquire lots of stuff. Masses of clothes. Quite a few books. Too many computers. And I even kept some of my old toys from when I was a kid. I keep hold of stuff like foreign coins and notes, even from former countries like the USSR. I've also got a small collection of Soviet era stuff - some my grandparents brought back for me. Including some books, ornaments, clocks, watches and other stuff. Most isnt worth much, but to me, its very interesting. Another thing is football programmes. Sthg else I've got is a 140 year old violin I acquired somehow. It could do with a slight amount of work done, but I understand its worth a fair bit of cash.. I'd like to collect more. But to go thro the authenticity side and finding good sources is a little time consuming.
i collect owls of all sorts (not the animal) i collect rings, ribbons, pretty things pipes beads and string wire and wire tools i collect tangles in my hair, mostly.
I collect music, mostly in the form of vinyl records (have thousands) but also cd's, tapes, any digital formats, etc and music instruments, guitars, drums, etc. Also collect vintage/antique cameras and/or movie equipment, and books.
I almost forgot my favorite collection, my Matchbox/Hot Wheels ambulances. I prefer Matchbox over Hot Wheels, they pay more attention to detail. My favorite are the Cadillac ambulances.
