Do you breathe more through your nose or mouth?

I breathe through both; I can't breathe through my nose by itself, otherwise i suffocate But my nose is pretty damn awesome in other respects - it can do tricks! It's a good party nose ^_^

But with breathing, I think I'm like Piaf then :O

I have an idea why though - Piaf arent you from around Yugoslavia? My mother is Montenegrian, so maybeit's some genetic thing? Just a theory...

i breath through my nose. only during hard training will i eventually start breathing from my mouth

you can breath through your nose piaf, stop being scared of not getting enough oxygen

I am not scared...I seriously cant. I eventually HAVE to breathe through my mouth.
The amount of oxygen I get while breathing through my nose is not enough - atleast I feel so.

yea, thats where you need to take a step back and analyze why you "feel" you can't breathe through your nose. unless you have some medical condition that blocks the air passages, then you can breath through your nose - your just being lazy if you say you can't

 

I don't like breathing through my mouth when I sleep, I always think something will crawl in it whilist I'm sleeping (no penis jokes, please)

 

No, for serious I know how she feels! It's like your nasal passage wasn't built wide enough or something similar. It's impossible to get enough air.

Yeah, because when u breathe through your nose, it feels weird in ur chest and you just HAVE to breathe through your mouth.

Do you think if I cut slits on the sides of my neck, I would be able to breathe through those...? This is something I am going to look into...
