Do you believe in UFO's? Flying Saucers? Aliens?

Meteors of a certain size lose all their cosmic velocity as the hit the lower dense atmosphere. The result is like hitting a brick wall and they explode, the fragments dropping with only gravitational velocity. Of course at a larger size, the meteoroid hits the ground with some its cosmic velocity intact and the results could be catosrophic.

 

Drugs would not explain the accurate description of Earth as seen from space. He described the craft he went on as a wheel within a wheel and the color of the land changed as he gained altitude. It's a strange story.

 

You, sir, just need better drugs.

 

I am from the land where all the Biblical stories took place. The Bible is the history of my people. As I told above, I have been to the grave of Ezekiel. I also told him that I don't know what parts are true, since these happenings were so long ago. I don't use drugs. I'm not familiar with the drugs they use in Southern Ohio.

 

As far as I know... They don't.

 

A couple of years ago I saw TV shows about the opiate problem there. Also, there was a major mass murder of a family who lived near the Ohio river and they had been involved in growing pot. In West Virginia there was an Oxycontin problem with some pharmacies selling millions of pills in towns which had just a few hundred people living there. I don't know about an psycho-active drugs there. In Oregon they just legalized mushrooms? In the Middle East they always had Opium and Hashish, but I'm not sure if they had it back that far in time. They do use medicinal plants for digestive illness, and pain. They have teas made from flowers which give energy to old and dying people who have trouble getting out of bed. As far as "Tripping" I have never heard of it in the Middle East. Their world is a little different from the Mescaline Border Country of Texas and Arizona.

 

If Spacemen did visit our planet and they swing by a Walmart shopping center in the southern part of America what would they think of the local customs?

I believe there is other life in the universe. There has to be. It might not be what we think it is, but I think it's out there. As for UFOs, abductions and stuff, meh. Not really, but it's not impossible.

 

I think the majority of the abduction stories are not true. The Travis Walton story seems genuine to me. I think it happened back in 1975 or thereabout. There was a family in a car near Houston Texas who had some sort of craft fly over them and they were all burned real bad. I don't know what caused it, but do think it warrants looking into. During World War II there was a flying craft near Los Angeles and the military fired canons at it and eventually did hit it and it fell into the ocean. Thousands of people saw it. It's one of the unexplained UFO incidents.

 

The Mayans drew on cave walls pictures of crafts cigar shaped with fire coming out the tail, among other interesting things thousands of years ago. Where'd they get those ideas? I think we're arrogant to believe we're the only solar system in the vast galaxy that has intelligent life. And who's to say their evolution didn't start thousands of years before ours, thus making them far more more advanced than we may ever be.

Have I heard stories? Not really...

Am I aware of the sheer size of the Universe and the infinite possibilities beyond the grasp of mortal man? Yes, I fully get that, but...


My honest opinion is that we don't get many alien visitors; possibly because we're just not that interesting.

 

The Maya had stone relief carvings which showed in inside of the cockpit with the gauges, the steering wheel/joy stick, and the flap pedals like today's fighter jets.

 

I read about him. And I agree, his story seems to be the most genuine I've ever heard.

 

All I know is it's possible and I've seen things in the sky that aren't of this world.

 

I read a joke a while back that said "Aliens drive by earth and lock their doors" I wouldn't be surprised if we had alien visitors in the past, they've seen what we've done to our planet and they go "Nah fuck that, they must be monsters, let's go find some more civilized planet to visit"

Just like how we don't go vacationing in the most dangerous locations.

 

That's what I was thinking. Why would they want to make friends with us? If they walk down Hunt's Point Avenue in the Bronx they might get robbed or worse.

 

I think ancient people were visited 3 or 4 thousand years ago, maybe farther back in time. In Assyria, Babylon and other places there are stone carvings which depict people who are human-like but have bird heads. And they are usually carrying a purse or satchel, and seem to be offering a pine cone. That far back in time people in that part of the world recorded what they had to tell us on stone tablets. That far back in time the word for birds (beings which fly) is similar to the word used for an air line pilot or a fighter jet pilot - in that part of the world. I think the stone carvings are saying these "Flying People" came to visit us. In my readings, I saw that a similar stone carving was found in Ecuador. How did that happen thousands of years ago? It would have taken that artist two years of sailing on a hand made boat to get to Ecuador! Was he taken there by the ones who could fly?
