Yeah... I mentioned the same pages ago. Who said evolution can't be or wasn't created? You're not God, unless you see yourself as that, so you can't say it isn't possible... what did you create? By chance, it's more likely that you've destroyed more than you'll ever create in return, no matter if there is or isn't a higher being or higher power.

Sometimes people are just so blind or closed, which is why I said... at this point in time, most people don't have the capacity to even get near grasping what it all really is and peoplke tend to create an artificial reality to to fill in that void, wether it be evangelism or atheism (and not all, but alot of atheist folks I've talked to don't seem to care either way or no matter what you say.... People in the Western world go out against Christianity because that's all they know and they aren't always thankful for what they have because they just don't know any better or have to put up with anything else, then it hits you one day that you've been living a void)

You've got to remember, it's not the religion that has the problem (no matter what it is), it's the people and what they're influenced by... Naturally, religion won't fight for your political agenda, but people will... thus, you get what you give. If you limit your options, you're only limiting yourself.

The answer lies within the Law of Conservation of matter, where matter cannot be destroyed or created, but redistributed.Which is not only the basic law of (Astro)physics, but also disproves that you don't just cease to exist either, as everything in the universe must be equivelent no matter where or what dimension.

Yeah. All of that is science, but sometimes science will turn you in the wrong direction, just as so many idiots leave off the part about militia when it comes to the second amendment and the right to bear arms. I believe that science only goes to a point. The rest that has not or may not ever be discovered (kinda like saving a video game or saving a not having a memory card)scientists, physicists, or even self or personal discovery or belief is up to you... and then there are the people who challange precendents, which is generally what most debates or little threads like this are based on.

People need to think way more deeply, but the problem is that you have to you have to earn it all. If you don't do that, you might as well be paying someone to read to you...

OTP already explained a bit, but I wanted to elaborate. To say that we evolved from monkeys or apes is false and is not part of any accepted evolution theory. It's just easier to say than "we evolved from the same ape-like common ancestor as monkeys."
As OTP said, the theory goes that environmental stress, population isolation and all the other factors of evolution caused this common ancestor to adapt in different ways into different species. By chance (the motivator of all evolution) one branch of the evolutionary tree gained traits that put it on a fast track, eventually leading to us.

 

if your 'god' created evolution then you must believe that this world is much older than the 4thousand year old earth the bible claims, so then this must mean the bible is not telling the truth

i mean common the bible says some old ass guy built this huge ship and put 2 of each the animals in the world on it, thats just fuckin ridiculous... get real this is the year 2007 we are alot smarted now then 2k years ago so lets forget about this religion bullcrap and spend our time and money in more usefull things
