do people spell your name wrong?

    it drives me nuts I just checked something and it has my name as Lindsay and my last name is spelled wrong also):

    oh my god all the freakin' time it's my biggest pet peeve my name is spelled Hollie but everyone since I was younger spells it Holly, it dives me insane. I've even thought of just changing it to Holly because I was tired of correcting EVERYONE, ALL THE TIME!!!
    ugh, Glad I got to vent about that. ;)

    People often spell my name, 'Tracy' or 'Tracey'. Not that it is a big deal, but I prefer it spelled Traci.

    Yep, people spell my name starting with "Ch" instead of "K" often. My last name has two "L"'s in-a-row in it, and people leave one out all the time. Oh well, whatever.

    I feel bad for my son, whose name is Laine...I am sure you can imagine how many times he will have to spell THAT out for people. oops! :rolleyes:

    i have a really common name, and people are always asking how it's spelled. and it's not a name that has a million spelling variations.:rolleyes:

    People HERE even spell my name wrong, when it's right in front of them as they reply to my posts! It's like they have to do extra work to get it wrong!! :rolleyes:
