Do inanimate objects ever piss you off?

I used to get pissed off at video games more than anything in my life. I had never experienced such anger before them. I remember being the most pissed off specifically playing tony hawk 4 and also burnout 2 but moreso the tony hawk. I would be so pissed off that i would find something that was kinda hard to break but breakable and do whatever i could to fuck it up. When i unleashed my destructive impulse into it it would lift a huge weight off my shoulders and i would feel so satisfied. I diddn't think it was stupid, but i knew subconscously that it was pointless to do so i started getting upset less and less.

 

this one time, a group of soda cans started to sing "GLORIA... G-L-O-R-I-A.. " I had to tell them to be quiet..

 

yes, you piss me off almost constantly.

I Used To Throw The Occasional "Tanty" When Things Went Belly Up.

But As You Get Older You Realise That Kind Of Behaviour Makes You

Look Like A Spoilt Little Brat....

So Nowdays Glen Has Developed A Much More Mature Approach

When Inanimate Objects Need Punishing.

My Most Hated Object Is The Stapler.

Always Empty, And Always Jams Up No Matter How Much You Outlay On

One..

In The Past I Have Been Content Just To Throw The Bastards As Hard

And As Far As I Could, But Recently I Adopted A More Grown-Up Way

Of Dealing With A Stapler Behaving Badly.

I Adopted The Three Strike Clause, And After The Third Failure, I Calmly

Take It Out To My Workshop Where I Have A 12ton Hydraulic Press,

And I Methodically Crush The Little F***er Till It's Totally Flat.

This Is Then Placed Within Clear Vision Of The New Stapler As A

Warning To It....Behave Or Else....

no.. what pisses me off is that ive been backpacking and for the first half of my trip i didnt have any map because all the gas stations didnt have shit for maps... remember the day when you could get maps at a gas station? thanks to the internet and gps.. no more... i guess its one of those things that are alright if you have them... but their existence alone fucks people who travel a more simple way...plus people who do have tehm have to get them updated all the time....

so far ive traveled down and back up the east coast.. sunday i leave for the west coast though... i will be very happy to be west
