Do Drunk I Love You's Count?

I've had someone tell me they wish I would get viciously stabbed while they were intoxicated, I got maybe two I love you's but I just said thank you as they continued to vomit on the ground next to me...
I guess they count I don't really know, people are different.. Some get all loving everyone when they are intoxicated, others let their inner thoughts and feelings come out... So I guess they count either way because it's all about the love... And hearing I love you either if someone is just in a nice loving mood or really means it is nice to hear...
