yeah, hip hop is some of my favorite shit. I listen to a lot of old school and old new school like boogie down productions, brand numian, kurtis blow, digable planets, and other similar artists. It pisses me off when poeple on the forums try to be like a stereotypical hippie and say, "the only good music is from the 60's and 70's. you cant spell crap without rap". Hip-hop is just as good as any other type of music. I am just not a fan of mcs that rhyme about rims, girls, gang life, money etc.
Rap is a Story Of there way of life there Culture how they grew up im a very big fan of music ill listen to everything Even Polka lol
I like Nas, Immortal Technique, Mos Def, 2pac, Eminem (early stuff), Outkast (early stuff), Wu-Tang Clan, Pete Rock, KRS One, MC Wordsworth, The Roots, Public Enemy, Guru, N*E*R*D and Scarface.
Ooooh I forgot about The Beastie Boys, can't deny them. That's real Hip Hop, they actually roll with a DJ, which fundamental for a Hip Hop outfit.
