Nah, I don't think so. I'm dealing just fine with people's actual reactions. But I don't have to put up with people online being douches just because they don't understand/choose to ignore the fact that online forums have real people on them. It has nothing to do with having balls, it has to do with ceasing to deal with something that unnecessarily pisses me off.

ok, do yourself the favor of taking a break from this place. i think the only real thing that annoyed everyone here was that you made post after post updating us on your situation, when only one post was necessary. when you do come back, and i really hope you will, make one post. period.

 

It's your choice to keep reading them though. If they piss you off, then stop, and don't respond.

Edit: just out of curiosity, I seem to remember smelly's thread having a shitload of updates all over the place, and no one complained. Is that true, or am i just imagining that?

 

well, i haven't been around for more than 6 months, but i've never seen anything quite as hilarious as yours. for example, you updated us about 5 times while you were hiding in your room from your parents. filling us in on all your angst by the minute. like the cnn ticker.

 

Child, we wish you well on your journey to independence. Perhaps someday you will understand why these dreads are giving you a hard time. You see, to them, your problems seem so very trivial. Most work, some have kids of their own, and you can't even face your parents. Perhaps you should find a place to live where your name is on the bills, then you'll understand...
